Christmas is about a very special gift. A long time ago, God made the world good and beautiful. He made people so He could love them and be close to them. But people chose to go their own way, and it made the world sad and broken. People felt far from God. So God made a plan. He decided to come to us Himself. But He didn’t come as a superhero or a king in a big palace. He came as a baby named Jesus. A tiny baby you could hold in your arms. Jesus grew up and showed everyone what God’s love looks like: He helped people who were hurting. He spent time with people others ignored. He forgave people who made mistakes. And Jesus came to fix the brokenness between us and God. He did this by giving His life for us, and then He came back to life! So Christmas means: God loves you so much that He came close to you. You are never alone, and you are always loved.
